The service and its availability
These terms apply to Raindance AI at raindance-ai.top. The website provides public guides and, when enabled, account, generation, credit, payment, and download features. Use the availability shown in the tool to determine which features you can actually use.
Original MV transfer and Original scene are separate routes. The transfer route depends on prepared source assets and permissions; it is not available merely because it appears in the interface. Disabled generation or checkout controls do not accept a paid order.
Your photos and other content
You must have permission to upload and process every person's image and any other content you supply. A photograph appearing publicly does not mean you have permission to use someone's likeness. Do not impersonate, deceive, harass, or create abusive or non-consensual content.
Do not upload material you are not entitled to use, including protected source footage or music. Any use involving a minor must have the necessary parent or guardian consent and comply with the selected provider's and publishing platform's rules. We may refuse requests that violate these terms or the provider's restrictions.
You authorize the processing and storage necessary to provide the generation you request, including sending the required references to the route's AI provider. Read the privacy policy before uploading.
Account access
Keep your account credentials and private download links secure. Provide accurate information needed for purchases and support, and do not bypass access controls, payment verification, rate limits, or content restrictions.
Accounts may be restricted for abuse, fraud, or other breaches of these terms. Contact support if you believe an action affecting your account is incorrect.
One-time credit packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. The advertised packs are 150 credits for $9.99, 400 credits for $24.99, and 1,000 credits for $59.99 in USD. The checkout displays the final payable amount and any applicable taxes before you confirm.
An enabled route displays its credit charge before submission. Credits represent service usage rather than money, and they are not transferable or redeemable for cash except through an eligible refund. Unused credits do not expire while your account and the service continue to operate normally.
Credits become available after a verified payment confirmation. A checkout success screen alone does not replace the payment provider's confirmation. We do not accept purchases while checkout is unavailable.
Generated outputs and their limits
AI outputs can vary in identity, detail, motion, framing, and consistency. We do not guarantee exact likeness, frame-perfect mouth movements, a particular creative result, or social-media reach. The route description and confirmation screen identify the output settings you are ordering.
A completed render and a new creative take are separate requests. Technical failures return the affected credits according to the refund policy. Quality concerns can be submitted for human review, without a promise of an unconditional remake or refund.
Download media you want to keep before the 30-day file-retention period ends. You may delete your files earlier using the available account controls. Keep your own copies; expired or deleted files are not a permanent media library.
Music, footage, and publishing
The service does not grant you ownership of third-party music, footage, trademarks, or likenesses. An exported visual clip does not include a license to the original Raindance recording. Use audio you have permission to use or a publishing platform's available sound under its rules.
Before posting realistic AI media, follow the platform's disclosure rules. Do not present a generated clip as evidence of a real event or an artist's endorsement. You are responsible for the way you use and share your output, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Independent service and policy changes
Raindance AI is independent of Dave, Tems, their record labels, TikTok, and the Raindance Film Festival. References to the song and trend explain the subject of the tool and guides; they do not imply affiliation.
Features, providers, and terms may change. Material changes will be reflected in the published service and policy information. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or other protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
