What this policy covers
This policy applies to Raindance AI at raindance-ai.top. It describes the features that are enabled for your visit. A feature marked unavailable does not become a working service just because its controls or description are visible.
Read the service status before uploading or purchasing. Generation and checkout remain unavailable until the required services and support channel are configured.
Information used to provide the service
Upload only the photos needed for your video and only with permission. Do not include identity documents, payment information, or unrelated private material in photos or support messages.
- Account details, such as your name, email, sign-in provider, and session information, when you sign in.
- Photos you choose to upload, generated files, selected roles and settings, job status, and request identifiers when you use an enabled generation route.
- Credit balances, credit transactions, order references, payment status, amounts, and timestamps. Payment card details are handled by the checkout provider rather than entered into our generator.
- Messages and feedback you submit, including your contact email, order or generation reference, and your description of a problem.
- Technical information needed for authentication, security, rate limiting, troubleshooting, and service events. This can include IP address, browser information, and request timestamps.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate you, process the generation you request, deliver downloads, maintain your credit balance, handle payment confirmations, respond to support requests, and protect the service from abuse.
We do not operate our own model-training pipeline using your uploaded photos. That statement does not replace the processing terms of an external AI provider. The provider disclosures below explain why our file-retention policy is separate from theirs.
Service providers and external processing
Cloudflare provides hosting, database, workflow, and object-storage infrastructure. An enabled generation route sends the necessary photo references and settings to its AI provider, such as fal or Higgsfield. Sign-in may use Google when that option is enabled. Resend handles enabled email delivery, and Creem handles enabled checkout and payment processing.
These providers can process information under their own contracts and privacy terms, potentially in countries different from yours. Provider retention, model use, and deletion rules are not automatically the same as our 30-day storage rule. Review the applicable provider's current terms before submitting photos.
We do not promise that deleting a file from this website instantly deletes every copy held by a provider. For a provider-related deletion request, contact us with the generation reference so we can identify the relevant processing request.
File retention and early deletion
Photos and generated media stored by this website are scheduled for automatic cleanup after 30 days from creation. Download any output you want to keep before it expires. The cleanup schedule applies to stored media, not to the validity of unused credits.
Use the available deletion controls in your account or history to remove your files sooner. A deleted or expired file cannot be restored through this service. Third-party processing copies are subject to the provider terms described above.
Account, payment, credit-ledger, fraud-prevention, and support records may be retained separately where needed to operate the account, resolve disputes, or meet legal and accounting obligations. Removing a video does not erase its associated purchase or credit transaction.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to create an account or upload photos and still read the public guides. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or otherwise control personal information. Use the contact page to make a request; we may need to verify account ownership before disclosing or deleting account data.
This policy will be updated if the enabled service or its processing changes. The review date identifies this version; it is not a claim that all external provider terms will remain unchanged.
